Terms of Service
Wandering With Pride LLC / WanderVerse · Last updated: April 17, 2026 · Effective immediately
The short version: you pay once, you get lifetime software access. Products are delivered as they're built. No subscription. No refunds on completed purchases — and we'll always be honest about what exists today vs. what's coming.
Who You're Contracting With
These terms are between you and Wandering With Pride LLC ("we," "us," "WanderVerse"), a Maryland limited liability company. Questions: legal@wanderingwithpride.com
What You're Buying
Founding Member tiers ($199–$2,500) are a one-time payment for lifetime access to WanderVerse software at your tier level. "Lifetime" means for as long as WanderVerse operates. This is not a subscription.
What's included at each tier is described on the Founding Round page. Products still in development are clearly marked and are not guaranteed to ship on any specific timeline.
Delivery
WanderVerse is in early development. Purchasing gives you:
- Immediate access to any software products live at the time of purchase
- Automatic access to new products as they launch, for life
- Founding Member pricing and early access for hardware campaigns
- Access to the Founders Portal for voting, feedback, and build participation
We do not guarantee delivery of any specific product by any specific date. If a product is never built, your lifetime access to all other products in your tier remains valid.
Hardware Products
Hardware (WanderPhone, WanderTrack, WanderNode, and 29+ smart home devices) is not included in the Founding Member price. Founding Members receive priority access and founder pricing when hardware campaigns launch separately.
No Refunds
All Founding Member purchases are final. Founding round revenue funds development. We are transparent about what exists today — please read the product page carefully before purchasing.
If you believe your purchase was fraudulent or made in error, email legal@wanderingwithpride.com and we'll review it.
Acceptable Use
Your Founding Member access is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, or share access credentials.
You may not use WanderVerse products, services, software, infrastructure, or any WanderVerse-managed storage to store, transmit, generate, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexual content involving minors, generated or real
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — sexual content depicting a real person without their consent
- Targeted violence planning — operational assistance planning violence against a specific named person
- Weapons of mass destruction — synthesis routes, acquisition assistance, or operational planning for biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear weapons
- Human trafficking — recruitment, logistics, or operational support for trafficking operations
- Mass violence planning — operational planning or material support for terrorism, mass shootings, spree attacks, or any attack intended to cause mass casualties. Political motive is not required — a school shooting plan is treated the same as a terrorism plot.
- Covert surveillance of non-consenting adults — using WanderVerse hardware or software to secretly monitor another person without their knowledge or consent
These prohibitions apply to all tiers, all hardware, and all software including WanderOS, WanderAssist, and WanderBackup. Violation terminates your account and access immediately and without refund. WanderVerse will cooperate fully with law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to the fullest extent technically possible.
On encrypted services: WanderVerse products are designed to be end-to-end encrypted by default — we hold no decryption keys for customer data. When responding to valid legal process, we will provide all account and metadata information we technically possess. We cannot provide content we cannot decrypt. This is not a safe harbor for illegal activity — it is an architectural reality. The prohibition above applies regardless of whether we can technically detect a violation.
Our Commitments to You
WanderVerse is built for communities the default world wasn't built for. We hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of users. Key commitments:
- Your data is not for sale. WanderVerse will never sell, license, or share your personal data — health signals, location, household notes, driving data, or purchase history — to third parties for advertising, insurance underwriting, employment screening, or any commercial purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- No exploitation in our supply chain. WanderVerse hardware is sourced from manufacturers with audited labor practices. We require conflict mineral disclosure and reject suppliers with documented forced labor findings.
- We do not sell to immigration enforcement, authoritarian surveillance agencies, or entities conducting genocide. WanderVerse privacy tools will not be used to locate, track, or target the communities we serve.
- No dark patterns. Cancellation is one click. Prices are transparent. There are no fake countdowns, hidden renewal fees, or cancel-by-phone requirements.
- We pursue B Corp certification and publish an annual ethics report covering supply chain audits, labor practices, and any policy violations and how they were addressed.
- The people who build WanderVerse are treated well. W2 employment with a defined path for contractors, living wages, capped health insurance premiums ($0/month for employee-only coverage), trans-affirming and reproductive healthcare covered, chosen family benefits, mental health support, and no unpaid internships. The same values we build into our products apply to how we employ people.
