Hero Pill charges $99 for the device plus $45/month forever — a subscription for dispensing pills you already own. WanderPill is a buy-once smart dispenser: accepts a 90-day supply of multiple medications and supplements, manages adherence tracking and reminders locally, and has a travel mode that auto-dispenses into pill packs when your calendar shows a departure. If a new medication is added, it replaces only the affected day's pack — no wasted locked-in pills. All adherence data stays on your device. WanderRx integration shows prescription costs and alternatives. WanderHealthy integration logs medication adherence alongside other health data.
