WanderAway
DV survivor housing navigation — safe exit planning, emergency shelter, digital safety.
Safety & PrivacyAbout
WanderAway is built for domestic violence survivors navigating housing. It addresses the documented gap: most DV survivors don't leave because they have nowhere to go that's safe. WanderAway maps emergency shelter availability in real time, plans safe exit routes (including tech safety — shared accounts, location tracking, device monitoring), and navigates the maze of DV-specific housing programs. It integrates with WanderSafeMesh's mesh network so a survivor can communicate safely without using a monitored phone. Designed with and for survivors — the National Network to End Domestic Violence's research on technology-facilitated abuse shapes every feature.
